I came to Bloomington, Indiana in fall of 1999 as a classical piano performance major at the IU Jacobs School of Music, not knowing then just how much this town would become home. What started as a music journey has grown into something so much bigger: family, community, and a career that I truly love!

For nearly 15 years, I owned my own private piano studio. That time taught me a lot about patience, listening, and tailoring my approach to each individual, all skills that carry over perfectly into real estate. Real estate has long been a passion of mine, so when it was time to pivot professionally to support my family in a new way, it was a natural next step. I wanted to help others find the kind of belonging I found in Bloomington .

These days, I get to walk alongside my clients through some of life’s biggest transitions, whether it’s buying your very first home, moving into something bigger, or preparing to sell a place filled with memories. I believe that real estate is about so much more than buying or selling homes; it’s about navigating big moments, aligning with people’s unique rhythms, and making sure every move is in harmony with their goals.

I work with my husband, Michael, and together we run Evans Realty Group. As classically trained musicians at heart, we both understand the value of precision, discipline, and harmony. That background shapes how we serve our clients: with attention to detail, clear communication, and care that doesn’t end at the closing table.

Outside of real estate, life is full and fun. We have two children that also are musicians, violinists. I love accompanying them on piano at the IU String Academy! I also love ballroom dancing with my husband, Michael, at World of Dance. You’ll also find me at Pure Barre, at local events, or just soaking up everything Bloomington has to offer.

I’m proud to hold designations and certifications such as ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), RENE® (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), PSA® (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). I also value being a part of organizations that keep me connected and growing, from the National Association of Realtors and my local real estate boards, to BNI (Business Networking International), and Rotary.
